At HSE you have access to a large team of caregivers. We offer personalized care plans, consistency, and replacement caregivers to cover vacations and sick days. We also have mandatory initial training and continuous ongoing training. Our caregivers are screened, bonded, and insured.

Homecare includes any professional support services that allow a person to live safely in their own home. Clients can be provided with short-term or long-term care depending on their needs.

Once we have an opportunity to meet you and/or your family we will work on finding you the right caregiver(s) to support your care needs.

There are many options available to you depending on your situation. Self and Family Managed care (SFMC), MPI, Public Guardian and Trustee, Blue Cross, WCB, Veteran Affairs, Private Insurance, etc.

At HSE we want our clients to feel confident in the care we provide. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients we require all caregivers to provide a clear Criminal Record check, Child Abuse check, Adult Abuse check, and Driver’s Abstract. HSE has general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance.

At the assessment we discuss your needs to build a care plan that will provide you with the care you want. Then our team matches the caregiver based on your personalized care plan.

At HSE we use scheduling software that includes a Family Connect app so that clients and their families can be up to date on daily activities. The app provides daily activities, care plan information, the schedule, email capabilities, etc.

At HSE, we follow all applicable guidelines related to privacy of personal and health care information. Your information is never sold to a third party under any circumstances. In fact, only the office personnel and caregivers who are directly involved in your service will have access to information related to the care of your loved one.

24 hrs notice to cancel or move a scheduled visit. Two weeks written notice to end services.
